IGP Kayihura and Vice Chancellor Ddumba in Closed door Crisis Meeting at MUK

The inspector general of Police, Gen. Kale Kayihura is in a closed door crisis meeting with the Makerere University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dumba Ssentamu, following the closure of the campus.
