Captain Bashaija in trouble over Land Grabbing, General Angina Orders his Arrest

The deputy Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC), Lieutenant-General Charles Angina has ordered the arrest of the OWC coordinator for Mbarara Municipality, Captain David Bashaija, over alleged misconduct.
